Where have I been lately?
I've been missing in action on the whole blogging scene lately and I honestly can't apologise enough. I started this blog almost two years ago and so much has changed since then. This year has been a hectic one to say the least. I've gone from happy in my old apartment to homeless and now I'm finally getting my 'happy' back. If you read my post earlier on in the year, My Life Behind The Glitter, then you'll know a little about what I have been going through this past 5 months. Cut a long story short, me and my mum were faced with homelessness back in May, our landlord wanted to sell our apartment and the real estate market at the moment is absolutely horrific. Me and my mum endured hell for around 4 months before finally finding a light at the end of the tunnel. Me and my mum are now in our new apartment and I couldn't be happier. Things are still hectic and we need to do some serious home improvements but I just wanted to let you guys know that all is well and soon my blog and YouTube will be back up and running to a finalised schedule like a few months ago. I still haven't thought of a schedule as of yet but as soon as I know, so will you.
In my lifetime I'd like to raise awareness of homeless and how it can affect absolutely anybody. We take everything for granted. Everything. The clothes you're wearing now, the makeup in your drawer, the shoes on your feet, the water in your taps, the food in your belly, the roof over your head. I now take NOTHING for granted. I look at life as one big blessing. I am blessed to be breathing, not to mention being healthy, living in a lovely apartment, sitting in my soft pyjamas, typing this on my laptop, with a nice hot meal and a wonderful mum.
Whatever you're going through right now is temporary - everything is. Hang in there and you'll be okay. There will be a light at the end of the tunnel, I promise you.
Other than that, I've been SO busy at college. My new course, Level 3 Media Production, is going really well at the minute and I absolutely adore it. I'm even thinking about University!? I never, ever thought I'd say such a thing. University always seemed like a life sentence to me but now it seems like a key, a key to achieving in life and I can't wait to see what the future holds. I am an avid believer in hope for the best but expect the worst and that's really the motto I live by, so let's just hope that I can achieve the grades that I need to enrol at University in two years time.
This time last year, this old thing, my blog, was on 10K page views!? Now it's almost on 50K!? Crazy! I'm so chuffed with my little space here on the internet. My gosh it can be hard work but I love it. I thrive on hard work, I thrive on doing what I love.
Like I mentioned earlier, a new schedule will be released ASAP! Once my room has been decorated and we're a little more settled, weekly videos and maybe daily blog posts will be on the cards. I also want to get back out there on the streets, doing some street style posts too! It will be hard work, that mixed with college and also attempting to be a teenager at the same time, but I can do it.. after all - all of this is for you, my beautiful reader who has kept me smiling through everything.
I hope you're all okay and enjoying Autumn too. I'll hope to see you very soon and no doubt I shall. Make sure you follow my daily life on all of my social media platforms.

I can't imagine how horrible it must be to be made homeless, but I'm so glad you're settling into your new apartment! I've just followed you on Bloglovin' and I can't wait for your future blog posts :)
