GREY SCALE

I was recently sent this gorgeous cape from an amazing company called Stone Union. Stone Union manufacture and design all of their clothing in the UK, which makes their items even more appealing to me as I am currently basing my English Coursework at college on clothing being manufactured in Britain and how we could become a self-sufficient country.

This cape I was gifted is so so soft, comfy, warm, snuggly and perfect for A/W!! Capes are SO SO on-trend right now. After Burberry showcased their awesome capes earlier this year for the AW1415 catwalks, the high-street went mad and filled their shelves and rails with capes galore!! I own two capes now, but this one is my favourite for when wearing black and white. I think the colouring featured on this garment creates a chic vibe that in my opinion is a close runner-up to Burberry's capes.

I teamed this great blanket-cape with a striped monochrome blouse/shirt from my favourite shop everrrrrrrr, plain black leggings, my favourite, most classy handbag and some show stopping jewels. I think I have created the perfect chic Autumnal outfit that screams class and sophistication. I really hope that you feel the same way and enjoy my styling techniques.

  1. I love this post, the Cape looks so nice and cosy! The monorome means it's gonna be so versatile - I'm slightly jealous. I also have a shirt like that but mines from H&M loved the way you styled it! Recently put it up in one of my blog posts too!
